Database Information Printable

Are you tired of getting overwhelmed by all the information you need in order to manage your subscription databases?

I used to have the log-in information scattered all over the place- on post-it notes, in emails, in spreadsheets. I finally got tired of it and created a printable to keep track of it all in one spot.

This printable helps me find the information I need quickly. It will also come in handy for whoever takes over my position in the event that I change jobs.

If you purchase this printable, you’ll receive a PDF that allows you to fill in information, print, and save. Or, you can just print it out and fill it in by hand. Your choice!  I charge $1 to help me offset the cost of website hosting and PDF editing software.  I do have other printables available (a few are free), so be sure to check those out.

Log In Tracker: Free Printable

Have you ever thought about how many different online usernames and passwords we have to keep track of on a daily basis?

I have to remember usernames and passwords for Amazon, Follett, my library management program, Google Docs, my school email, supply vendors, my blog, our online attendance software, and so many more!

I created this free Log In Tracker Printable to help you keep track of all your different username and password combinations.

Now, obviously usernames and passwords are sensitive information.  That’s why I created the space for a password hint instead of the password itself.  You might also consider keeping this file in a secure drawer and away from students.  I also recommend you use a pencil so you can keep it updated in the event of any password changes.

Master Supply List Printable

I don’t know about you all, but I have a hard time keeping track of where I order my library supplies from.

I get my barcodes from one vendor, and my spine labels from another.  I like Highsmith’s book covers, but I prefer Demco for genre labels.  And don’t forget the printer ink from Office Depot!

So I created this Master Supply list to help me keep track of my most commonly used supplies.  When it’s time to re-order, I just take a quick glance at my list instead of spending way too much time searching through old email receipts or purchase orders.
